It can be said that the Party member activity room is an important microcosm of Hansheng's corporate culture. Every phrase here is not merely a slogan, but a spiritual force that has penetrated the hearts of every Hansheng employee. Xiao Yurong, who came to Zhuhai from inland China, has been deeply attracted by Hansheng's corporate culture.

In 1985, when Hansheng was founded, a Party group was formed with only three members. Now, with the development of the enterprise, Hansheng has 130 Party members. Hansheng adheres to the principle of the Party managing cadres and talents, always regarding talent cultivation as a strategic project to enhance the company's core competitiveness. It invests a large amount of manpower and financial resources, cultivating backbone members into Party members and forging Party members into role models. Every Hansheng employee is proud to be a Party member.

Under the leadership of Shou Weichun, chairman of the board and secretary of the Party committee of Hansheng Company, the Party organization has become the "locomotive" driving all positive factors and the "backbone" trusted by the masses.

This private enterprise has also cultivated a unique art troupe - the Hansheng Art Troupe, hailed as a rare flower of Hansheng culture. They have already gone beyond Hansheng and Zhuhai, becoming ambassadors for Zhuhai's culture. Earlier this year, they were invited to participate in the 2009 CCTV Spring Festival Gala.
