　　The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from September 15 to 18, making a decision on strengthening and improving Party building under the new situation. Focusing on solving prominent problems that affect and restrict scientific development

　　In accordance with the requirements and deployment of the higher-level Party committee, the company's Party committee formulated the "Implementation Plan for In-depth Study and Practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development". The plan closely centers on upholding the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of "Three Represents", to organize the vast number of Party members and cadres to deeply study and practice the Scientific Outlook on Development. Focusing on changing ideas and concepts that do not adapt to or conform to the requirements of scientific development, focusing on solving prominent problems that affect and restrict scientific development, and focusing on building a system and mechanism conducive to scientific development.

　　In the analysis and inspection stage, in order to enable the company to maintain sustainable development, the company's Party committee made a decision to formulate a three-year outline for studying and practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development. And increase the efforts of Party building work, one Party member, one flag, let the red flag be planted in every team. The company's Party committee put forward the "four exemplary roles" of the secretary being the first responsible person, the manager being the leader of the department, the committee member being a good cadre of the Party, and the Party member being a good example at the post.
　　In the stage of rectification and implementation, the company's Party committee focused on two key areas (market and technology), implementing "two improvements" (improvement of market structure and improvement of technological innovation level). In June this year, Hansheng held its first Hansheng Science and Technology Conference, focusing on commending a group of technicians who made outstanding contributions in previous technological work.
