Every day, more than 600 kilometers of coaxial cables are shipped from Hansheng Company to various parts of the country. What does this mean? It's like this wooden wheel next to me; it's about 800 of them.

　　In the 160,000-square-meter Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. Doumen factory area, multiple modern production lines are operating at full capacity, large trucks are coming and going, and cable reels are neatly stacked on both sides of the road, ready to be shipped to all parts of the world. Who would have thought that this bustling high-tech enterprise started 24 years ago in a farmer's house on Cuixiang Road, Old Xiangzhou?

　　Shou Weichun, Chairman of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd.: How big was this room? It was only about 9 square meters, with only a small window, nothing else. We had to turn on the lights during the day. We lived in this small room and cooked and worked in another room next to it.

　　Recalling the hardships of starting a business, many veteran employees have much to say.

　　Zhu Jinfeng, Office Director of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd.: I had to take on many roles, such as customs declaration, sales, and technology. Many of us had to work multiple jobs.

　　Chen Ning, Vice General Manager of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd.: After graduating from school, many of my classmates went to larger companies. At that time, Hansheng was a much smaller company, making it a difficult choice.

　　Having worked with technology for decades, Shou Weichun clearly understands that only by relying on technology can high-tech products be developed and a foothold secured in the fiercely competitive market. Based on this principle, Shou Weichun and his research team overcame technological hurdles one after another, from the lotus-shaped cable developed in the late 1980s to the physically high-foam coaxial cable in 1995, and from 50-ohm coaxial cables to today's world-leading 3G feeder cables. Hansheng, which initially only engaged in OEM production, established its own brand through technology and became famous worldwide for its superior technology. In 2008, it ranked among the top in cable bidding by China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Huawei, ZTE, and other companies, achieving the impressive feat of becoming the number one in the domestic market. In the international market, Hansheng has become a supplier to Vodafone UK, Deutsche Telekom, other top international operators, and major equipment manufacturers such as Motorola, Nokia, and Siemens, entering the international supply chain and achieving an equal balance between international and domestic market shares. In January of this year, the state issued 3G licenses, and the company's independently developed 3G feeder cables won a huge market share, with products in high demand. Shou Weichun told reporters that after the completion of the new 70,000-square-meter factory, they plan to build a research building in the Lanpu Industrial Zone to further increase technological innovation efforts and make Hansheng, this national brand, a true leader in the world's coaxial cable industry.
