Sino-foreign Enterprise Culture Summit Awards Four units in our city were rated as excellent
From November 15th to 17th, the 2014 Chengdu Sino-foreign Enterprise Culture Summit, hosted by the China Enterprise Culture Research Association, was held in Chengdu, Sichuan. More than 600 people, including well-known Sino-foreign enterprise culture experts and scholars, representatives from well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, local associations, and relevant research institutions, participated in the meeting to jointly discuss new ideas and approaches for the development of enterprise culture. The summit also commended the top ten exemplary organizations, excellent units, and advanced individuals in national enterprise culture construction in 2014, with four enterprises from our city being rated as excellent.
Four units recommended by the city's enterprise culture association—China Mobile Communications Group Guangdong Co., Ltd. Zhuhai Branch, the Seventh Engineering Company of China Railway 19th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd., and Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. Zhuhai Branch—were awarded the title of "Excellent Unit in Top-Level Design and Grassroots Implementation of Enterprise Culture" in 2014.
In recent years, the construction of enterprise culture in our city has kept pace with the times and the needs of enterprise development, constantly exploring and innovating, and achieving a series of new progress and breakthroughs. Enterprise culture is increasingly showing a profound impact on the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises, playing an important role in deepening reforms, improving management levels, enhancing cohesion, and strengthening competitiveness of enterprises in our city.
This time, the four award-winning enterprises carefully selected by the city's enterprise culture association all regard enterprise culture construction as an important part of enterprise management, gradually forming a unique and profound cultural heritage and form, serving as an excellent example of enterprise culture construction in our city.
