On-site teaching improves training effectiveness
This newspaper reports that yesterday, the city's cadre education and training on-site teaching base agreement signing and awarding ceremony was held, marking that in the future, the city's cadre training work will be carried out through a combination of classroom education and on-site education, which is a strong impetus for improving the effectiveness of cadre education and training.
According to Cai Xinhua, executive vice president of the Municipal Party School, according to the "Zhuhai Municipal Cadre Education and Training Plan (2014-2018)", in October last year, the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and the Municipal Party School decided to build a number of cadre education on-site teaching bases with Zhuhai characteristics throughout the city to further improve the quality and effectiveness of on-site teaching. After more than two months of preparation, a system of on-site teaching bases with five themes was determined: Party spirit education, reform and innovation, modern industrial development, ecological civilization construction, and social governance. Cooperation agreements were reached with 25 units, and the "Zhuhai Municipal Cadre Education and Training On-site Teaching Guidance Materials" were compiled.
It is understood that these 25 on-site teaching bases are: Yang Pao'an Exhibition Hall, Lin Weimin Memorial Square, Su Zhaozheng Former Residence, Wanshan Naval Battle Site, Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd., Acetic Acid Fiber Co., Ltd., Hengqin New Area, Pingsha Yacht Industrial Zone, Marine Equipment Manufacturing Base, Municipal Civil Air Defense Office, etc.
