On the morning of November 20, a demonstration site meeting on grassroots party building work was held in Foshi Community. Zeng Xiangfu, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and head of the Organization Department, awarded plaques to 9 grassroots party building demonstration sites, including the Party Committee of the Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park in Xiangzhou District. He urged party organizations at all levels in our city to learn from the work rules and experiences of the demonstration sites, allowing the demonstration sites to highlight the "diffusion effect" and become education bases and sources of innovation for the entire city; and he also urged grassroots party organizations throughout the city to enhance their awareness of serving the overall situation and the masses, effectively upholding the legitimate rights and interests of the masses, and creating a harmonious and stable social environment.
It is understood that, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Municipal Party Committee at the beginning of the year regarding the creation of grassroots party building demonstration sites throughout the city, party organizations at all levels in the city have attached great importance to this, carefully organized, actively innovated, and made every effort to promote the creation of a number of grassroots party building demonstration sites with distinctive features and that can be learned from, providing replicable and referable experiences and practices for promoting grassroots party building work throughout the city. Based on the inspection and evaluation of the expert group, and after research by the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, it was decided to designate 9 grassroots party organizations as "Zhuhai Municipal Grassroots Party Building Demonstration Sites": the Party Committee of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd., the Party Committee of the Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park in Xiangzhou District, the Party General Branch of Foshi Community in Qianshan Street, the Shilong Party Branch in Lianzhou Town, the Party Branch of the High-tech Zone Taxation Bureau of the Municipal Local Taxation Bureau, the Party Committee of Jilin University Zhuhai College, the Party Committee of Zhuhai Power Supply Bureau, the Party Committee of Zhuhai Acetate Fiber Co., Ltd., and the Party Branch of Zhuhai Yude Social Work Service Center.
At yesterday's on-site meeting, representatives from the nine demonstration units shared their experiences and practices in implementing the "Party-Enterprise Cultural Integration" work method, innovating the park party building model in "five integrations," promoting grassroots governance based on the "6D smart platform," leading the construction of happy villages and communities through party building, establishing a "four commonalities" work mechanism for party building between tax authorities and enterprises, exploring party building models for independent colleges, conducting performance appraisals for grassroots party building responsibilities, establishing a "four communications, five integrations" party building work mechanism, and constructing grassroots service-oriented party organizations with a "one core, four aspects" approach.
