On the afternoon of the 24th, 53 new employees of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. held their annual military training summary meeting at the Zhuhai Garrison District. Most of these new recruits were born after 1992 and are a new generation of talent, graduating from universities such as Sun Yat-sen University, Wuhan University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. This emphasis on talent cultivation has yielded results for Hansheng. In the first half of this year, Hansheng's export business has grown significantly compared to the same period last year. Talent has become a key factor in the company's technological innovation and rapid business growth.
Hansheng Company is located in the Xinqing Science and Technology Industrial Park. It is a high-tech enterprise that produces high-end communication cable products. Most of the communication optical cables used in China's high-speed trains are from Zhuhai Hansheng. Other products from this company exceed international standards, and their communication cables rank among the top three in market share among global telecom operators, comparable to products from US-based CommScope and German-based RFS.
According to the company chairman, Shou Weichun, the company's products are exported to Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the United States, and Canada. In the first half of this year, despite difficulties in national foreign trade export growth, the company's foreign export business experienced rapid year-on-year growth.
"Innovation is the lifeblood of the company. The growth in export trade objectively reflects the quality assurance of our products. Now our innovation team has nearly 100 people, most of whom are university graduates recruited 5 or 8 years ago. After years of cultivation, they have become the backbone of the company's innovation." Shou Weichun said that the leakage cable technology is the result of the young innovation team. The company will continue to cultivate high-quality personnel to further strengthen Zhuhai's innovation capabilities.
