Yesterday morning, Doumen Customs visited Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. to explain the latest advanced certified enterprise integrity joint incentive policy to the company. Heads of several key enterprises in the Doumen Customs district attended the seminar. This was also Zhuhai's first seminar on the advanced certified enterprise integrity joint incentive policy.
In early this month, 40 national ministries and commissions, including the National Development and Reform Commission, the People's Bank of China, and the General Administration of Customs, jointly issued the "Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Incentive of Customs Advanced Certified Enterprises," offering a "gift package" of 49 specific preferential measures in six categories to customs advanced certified enterprises. These include green approval channels from various departments, expedited customs clearance, priority handling of relevant procedures, and reduced financing costs, making customs advanced certification a truly VIP pass for enterprises.
This seminar aims to help enterprises understand the content and certification methods of this VIP pass. To provide high-quality and efficient services to a wide range of import and export enterprises, customs departments adhere to the principle of "rewarding honesty and law-abiding behavior, and punishing dishonesty and illegal activities." They implement classified management of enterprises based on their credit ratings. Taking Doumen Customs as an example, with over 1700 enterprises under its jurisdiction, classified management optimizes the allocation of supervisory resources, focusing limited supervisory efforts on low-credit enterprises. This improves the precision and effectiveness of supervision, ensuring both effective control and efficient clearance. It is reported that 11 enterprises in the Doumen Customs district have obtained advanced customs certification, and many more intend to apply.
