Doumen Customs conducts on-site policy briefing for enterprises

Southern Daily News Recently, Doumen Customs visited Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. to explain the latest joint incentive policy for high-level certified enterprises to companies face-to-face. Heads of many key enterprises in the Doumen Customs area attended the briefing, which was also the first briefing on the joint incentive policy for high-level certified enterprises in Zhuhai.
In early this month, 40 national ministries and commissions, including the National Development and Reform Commission, the People's Bank of China, and the General Administration of Customs, jointly issued the "Memorandum of Cooperation on the Implementation of Joint Incentives for Customs Advanced Certified Enterprises," offering a "big gift package" of 49 specific preferential measures in six categories to customs advanced certified enterprises, including green approval channels from various departments, expedited customs clearance, priority handling of relevant procedures, and reduced financing costs, making customs advanced certification a veritable VIP pass for enterprises. The briefing explained this aspect, allowing enterprises to understand the content and certification methods of this VIP pass.
It is understood that in order to provide high-quality and efficient services to a wide range of import and export enterprises, the customs department, based on the principle of "rewarding honesty and law-abiding behavior and punishing dishonesty and illegal behavior," implements classified management of enterprises according to their credit ratings. Through classified management of enterprises, it is possible to optimize the allocation of regulatory resources and concentrate limited regulatory efforts on enterprises with low credit ratings, continuously improving the accuracy and effectiveness of regulation, and ensuring that "effective control" is achieved while "expediting clearance." There are already 11 enterprises in the Doumen Customs area that have obtained customs advanced certification, and many more enterprises intend to apply for advanced certification. (Wu Zhiyuan)
