Yesterday afternoon, over 200 employees from Hansheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd. who participated in military training performed a military drill on the Zhuhai Garrison District playground. Dressed in military uniforms, under the unified command of the instructors, they demonstrated neat and coordinated military movements, showcasing their excellent military qualities and teamwork.
It is understood that, as a private technology-based enterprise, Hansheng Company has always attached importance to the construction of employees' discipline and work style. Since 2002, when it started organizing military training for its employees, it has held seven closed-door military training sessions, covering all middle-level cadres and backbone employees of the company.
