Our newspaper's report by Zhang Yuanzhang: With the vigorous opening dance "Dragon's Rhyme," last night, the first Zhuhai Autumn Arts Festival Hansheng Art Troupe special performance was grandly held at the Zhuhai Grand Auditorium, presenting to the audience a magnificent picture of "Prosperous China Forging Ahead in Zhuhai".
It is understood that this special performance was also a special evening to comfort the major project builders in our city by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The main city leaders and more than 1,000 builders from major projects such as the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway, the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Rail, and the Zhuhai Power Project watched the performance together.
The Zhuhai Hansheng Art Troupe, which recently returned from a visit to North Korea with Premier Wen Jiabao, is one of the best local art troupes in Zhuhai. It has more than 30 professional actors, all of whom are excellent graduates from top art schools nationwide in dance and vocal music. With its superb dance skills, the troupe has been frequently invited to participate in important performances at home and abroad in recent years, and in 2008 and 2009, it participated in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala for two consecutive years, adding luster to Zhuhai and enjoying a high reputation at home and abroad, becoming one of Zhuhai's shining cultural brands.
Last night's special performance was carefully created by the Hansheng Art Troupe and specially invited Liu Ligong, a national first-class director and famous young dancer, as the general director. The entire evening was rich in content, with a total of 14 wonderful programs, mainly various colorful dances, including the large-scale women's group dance "Lotus Ode," which had stunning appearances at the 9th All-Army Arts Festival and the closing ceremony of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and North Korea and the China-North Korea Friendship Year. This dance was specially arranged by the troupe to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Macao's return.
In addition, the Guangzhou Military Region Warrior Acrobatic Troupe was also invited to perform as a guest, winning warm applause from the audience.
