Shou Weichun, Party secretary of Zhuhai Hansheng Company, introduced how the company's Party organization has provided support for the company's technological innovation, independent brand, and arduous struggle. Adjusting the structure to promote transformation, continuously expanding the enterprise

Hansheng is an enterprise that has grown and developed under the leadership and care of the Party. The company's Party committee has always regarded talent cultivation as a strategic project to enhance the company's core competitiveness, playing a core political role and leading group organizations to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, guiding the healthy development of the enterprise. Following the central government's deployment, we further studied and implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, unswervingly adjusted the structure, and steadily promoted transformation. Relying on Hansheng's three magic weapons: technological innovation, independent brands, and arduous struggle, we encouraged all employees to strive for excellence. The company's Party committee also timely proposed the "two transfers" and "two improvements" strategies and formulated the "Three-Year Development Outline for Technological Innovation." Today, Hansheng products in the domestic market all use independent brands, and more than 50% of the products exported to international markets use independent brands. Under the leadership of the company's Party committee, Hansheng is successfully practicing the transformation from "Made in China" to "Created in China".
As a "National Model Enterprise for Harmonious Labor Relations," we have always adhered to the people-oriented approach, cared for employees, and continuously improved their working and living conditions. In the future, we will continue to take independent innovation as the core driving force for the future development of Hansheng, striving to build an innovative enterprise, a learning enterprise, and a learning Party organization, seizing the historical development opportunities of Zhuhai to create new glories!
