City leaders held an on-site meeting at an enterprise to promote the building of harmonious and stable labor relations

This newspaper reports that in order to understand the thoughts and living conditions of the city's employees and to do a good job in protecting the rights and interests of employees and maintaining stability, yesterday, the deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee led relevant department leaders from the municipal Party committee organization department, the municipal Party committee propaganda department, the municipal political and legal committee, the municipal federation of trade unions, the municipal committee of the Communist Youth League, and the municipal women's federation to conduct a special investigation into labor relations issues at large labor-intensive enterprises and held an on-site meeting.
The investigation team visited Jinshan Software, Acetic Acid Fiber, and Hansheng Technology, among other units, holding talks with company leaders and employees to understand how companies handle labor relations and the production and living conditions and thoughts of employees. They also engaged in in-depth discussions on how to better implement, uphold, and develop the fundamental interests of employees, and promote the building of harmonious and stable labor relations.
City leaders stated at the meeting that enterprises should seize new development opportunities, find new positioning, fully utilize the initiative of employees, motivate employees, and accumulate talent reserves for enterprise development; care for employees, provide conditions for employee development, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees; establish and improve Party, League, and trade union organizations, and earnestly fulfill their responsibilities as a 'home' to make employees feel at home; establish and improve an orderly, reasonable, and logical communication mechanism, actively and properly handle various contradictions, create harmonious relations between employees and enterprises, and strive for a win-win situation.
