Zhuhai Hansheng Company: Formulating a Three-Year Plan for Technological Innovation

Nanfang Daily (Reporter/Wang Huihui) Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that has been established for 25 years and has developed alongside the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone. It has won three Zhuhai Science and Technology Awards. Yesterday, the company held a meeting to study and implement the important speech of General Secretary Hu Jintao. The company chairman, Shou Weichun, told this reporter that General Secretary Hu's proposal to "adhere to the principle of independent innovation, key breakthroughs, supporting development, and leading the future, and to promote the transformation of economic development from factor-driven to innovation-driven" has greatly inspired and resonated with all Hansheng employees.
Currently, in the domestic market, Hansheng has become a leading coaxial communication cable supplier for companies such as China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, Huawei, and ZTE. In the international market, Hansheng Technology has passed strict certifications and become a supplier to top international operators such as Vodafone (UK) and Sipina (Germany), and major equipment manufacturers such as Motorola, Nokia, and Siemens.
In his speech, General Secretary Hu Jintao clearly stated: Continue to accelerate the transformation of the economic development model and strive to explore new paths for promoting scientific development. We must adhere to the principle of independent innovation, key breakthroughs, supporting development, and leading the future, and promote the transformation of economic development from factor-driven to innovation-driven. Shou Weichun stated that Hansheng has formulated a three-year technological innovation development plan, reinvesting heavily, attracting talent, building new factories, developing new products, continuing to adhere to technological innovation, upholding "Made in China," and striving to forge a new path of scientific development, aiming to become a world champion in the industry within one to two years.
