Since launching the "Lead the Way and Strive for Excellence" campaign in May this year, the CPC Committee of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. has carried out a series of themed activities, including reviewing history, sharing thoughts, singing revolutionary songs, and speech contests. It is reported that the Hansheng Company Party Committee has always played a crucial role in the entire process of the company's production and operation activities, becoming the "soul of the enterprise" and providing strong political guarantees for the development of various aspects of the company's work. On major issues concerning the reform and development of the enterprise, the Party Committee safeguards the overall situation and guides the direction; in enterprise management, the Party Committee strongly supports and strengthens the coordination of internal relationships; when the enterprise faces difficulties, the Party Committee steers the overall situation, stabilizes the situation, and plays a pivotal role.
In May this year, the Hansheng Company Party Committee issued a notice on the "Implementation Plan for the "Lead the Way and Strive for Excellence" Campaign", proposing that the company's "Lead the Way and Strive for Excellence" campaign should focus on creating advanced grassroots Party organizations and striving to be outstanding Party members. Creating advanced grassroots Party organizations should strive to achieve "five excellences": excellent leadership team, excellent Party member team, excellent work mechanism, excellent work performance, and excellent public feedback; striving to be outstanding Party members should strive to take the lead in "five aspects": taking the lead in learning and improvement, taking the lead in striving for excellence, taking the lead in serving the masses, taking the lead in observing laws and disciplines, and taking the lead in promoting positive energy.
The Hansheng Company Party Committee requires that in the "Lead the Way and Strive for Excellence" campaign, each branch should closely link theory with practice and flexibly carry out various themed activities according to the specific circumstances. This includes "innovative organizational life activities", "building a learning-oriented Party organization", "holding a patriotic song festival", and "the company's eighth military training". The company Party Committee provides unified leadership and specific guidance for each branch to carry out the "Lead the Way and Strive for Excellence" campaign; the company Party Committee regularly inspects the progress of each branch's activities, understands the progress of the activities, reports on the situation, summarizes and exchanges experiences, and studies ways to solve problems. Through propaganda in the canteen, speeches, and other forms, it actively promotes and guides Party members to learn from advanced examples, strive to be outstanding Party members, and create a good atmosphere throughout the company for learning from, admiring, and striving to be advanced.
In July this year, on the occasion of the 89th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Hansheng Company Party Committee decided to launch the "Three Reviews and Three Improvements" campaign throughout the company, reflecting the Hansheng characteristics of "Party Committee escorting and enterprise healthy development", and inspiring employees' love for the Party, country, Zhuhai, and the company.
The "Three Reviews and Three Improvements" specifically refers to: reviewing the glorious history of the Party and the process of establishing and developing New China after bloody battles, and improving understanding of the fact that only the Communist Party can save China; reviewing the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Hansheng Company, and enhancing understanding of the necessity of the reform and opening-up policy since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC, as well as the understanding that the Party organization is the political and organizational guarantee of economic construction; reviewing personal experiences of joining the Party and growth history, and improving understanding of the advanced nature of Party members and the understanding of Party concepts and Party principles, consciously placing oneself under the Party organization, and firmly resolving to listen to and follow the Party.
Hansheng Company also frequently educates Party members and cadres to always maintain a grateful heart and properly handle the relationship between the country, the collective, and the individual. "We must understand that our current task is to strengthen our foundation, create a good atmosphere, improve management levels, and allow our employees to have a sense of accomplishment in their work, happiness in their lives, and progress in their studies, so that they can live with more dignity." Shou Weichun, chairman and secretary of the Party Committee of Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd., told the reporter.
In addition, the company Party Committee has also taken the construction of an advanced corporate culture as the core driving force for leading Hansheng's future development, and through the "Lead the Way and Strive for Excellence" campaign, it has further advanced the creation of an advanced corporate culture.
