This newspaper reports that on November 1st, Zhuhai Hansheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd. held its ninth large-scale employee military training exercise. 183 Hansheng employees, after a half-month military training session, demonstrated uniform steps and unwavering focus. Company officials stated that Hansheng is currently undergoing a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and they hope that the military training will instill in employees the courage and determination to meet the challenges of this transformation.
That afternoon, reporters at the military training exercise witnessed the well-trained Hansheng employees, under the guidance of instructors from the Doumen District Armed Forces Department, presenting a unique "muster of troops" performance. This military training, commencing on October 17th, involved 183 employees in a two-week program. This marks Hansheng's ninth large-scale military training exercise since 2002. Except for a small number of employees on business trips, all cadres participated in this training. Participants ranged in age from a youngest under 20 to an oldest of 69. During this time, the production system also organized military training for more than 800 workers without impacting production.
Hansheng Company, located in the Xinqing Science and Technology Industrial Park in Doumen District, is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise dedicated to providing high-quality products and comprehensive services to domestic and international radio transmission systems, cable television system projects, HFC network construction, and chemical building materials sectors. Hansheng officials stated that although October is a busy month for production and sales, the company organized this large-scale military training to learn from the People's Liberation Army and cultivate a "strong army." This year marks the 26th anniversary of Hansheng Company's founding, as well as a crucial period for adjusting its product structure and implementing strategic structural transformation and upgrading. They hope that this military training will strengthen the will, enhance unity, and amplify the strength of Hansheng employees, enabling the company to remain at the forefront of the industry.
Furthermore, after this military training, Hansheng established a company militia company with over 130 members.
