Hansheng Art Troupe Awarded "National May 4th Red Flag Youth League Branch", Young Members Serve as Vanguard of Reform

This newspaper reports that Hansheng Art Troupe recently received the highest honor for grassroots youth league organizations from the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, the "National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch" award. The young members of the Hansheng Art Troupe are playing a vital role in the company's reform, development, and stability.
Shou Weichun, Chairman and General Manager of Hansheng Company, said that carrying out Party building work in non-public enterprises has always been a subject of exploration for many such enterprises. Through promoting Party building through youth league building, we have successfully built an art team that represents Hansheng's spirit of pioneering and boldness. Youth league building and Party building are both 'fundamental strengthening projects' for Hansheng's development. The Hansheng Art Troupe's winning of the "National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Branch" title shows that the Communist Party members and Communist Youth League members of Hansheng have not only played an exemplary role but have also led the company's development and production and operation.
Yesterday, when the reporter visited the Hansheng Art Troupe, the first thing that caught their eye was the team's rigorous daily training. More than half of the troupe's members are girls under 20 years old. Many of them suffer from chronic back and knee injuries due to years of training and performances. However, whenever a performance is required, every member will grit their teeth and take the stage. Founded in 1993 as an amateur group of only 8 people, the art troupe has now grown into a professional dance troupe of 30 members, all of whom are excellent graduates from top art schools across the country, majoring in dance.
Yu Meng, 24, is the secretary of the Hansheng Art Troupe's Youth League Branch and a veteran member who has been with the troupe for 8 years. She told reporters that it is because of the correct guidance from the Party and Youth League organizations that the Hansheng Art Troupe has been able to maintain its positive spirit, united and stable talent pool, and strong fighting capacity.
The reporter learned that youth league building has always been an important part of Hansheng's Party building work. In the 26 years since its establishment, Hansheng has consistently carried out Party building work conscientiously, tirelessly exploring practical innovations in the construction of Party organizations in non-public enterprises, using Party building to promote technological development and enterprise progress. The Party organization has become the backbone of the enterprise, and Party members have become the leaders in the enterprise's operation and technological innovation. Today, Hansheng Cable has become a world-renowned brand recognized by domestic and international markets. Hansheng has won numerous honors, including National High-Tech Enterprise and Guangdong Provincial Innovative Enterprise. All of this is the fruitful result of the hard work of the Hansheng science and technology team, mainly comprised of Communist Party members.

Shou Weichun proudly said, "Over the years, it's less that we've been diligently running a business, and more that we've been carefully cultivating a Party culture."
