Seriously study and implement the important speech delivered by the Premier during his inspection of Hansheng

On the morning of November 15, 2010, Wen Jiabao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, accompanied by Wang Yang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Committee, and Gan Lin, Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee, visited Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct research and understand the company's development status.
During the inspection, the Premier attentively listened to Shou Weichun, chairman of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd., report on the company's development and technological innovation. The Premier went deep into the workshop and inspected Hansheng Technology's core technologies: high-foam insulation extrusion and argon arc welding textured production lines. The Premier learned in detail about the production processes of these two technologies and humbly sought explanations of their principles from the on-site staff. The Premier fully affirmed Hansheng's "three magic weapons"— technological innovation, independent brands, and hard work—and pointed out: "This shows that the company places technological innovation in an important position." Currently, our coaxial cables are internationally leading, ranking second, but not first. The Premier encouraged us to persist in technological innovation and continuously improve our competitiveness and development level. The Premier said: "We must surpass the United States. In the field of science and technology, in invention and creation, there is only one number one, not two. We are only one step away. Let's work together to strive to achieve the world's number one as soon as possible!" Before leaving, the Premier shook hands with more than 160 employees and took a commemorative photo.
The Premier's important speech was inspiring and uplifting, enhancing Hansheng's confidence in accelerating its development. The Premier's earnest expectations have pointed out the direction for Hansheng and spurred us forward.
The company's Party Committee requires that each Party branch hold a special study session to convey and implement the important spirit of the Premier's inspection of Hansheng, to increase confidence and enthusiasm for the company's next round of development. Being number one in the world is a clear goal, but to achieve this goal, we must make arduous efforts; this is our inescapable mission. We must firmly establish the concept of technological innovation, emphasize that technology will lead the company's future, resolutely implement the company's three-year plan for technological development, establish a sense of mission and a strong sense of responsibility among all employees, and hone our internal skills. Only through continuous innovation, refusing to stick to conventions, and striving for progress can we create more excellent cable products and more advanced cable manufacturing technologies, and achieve sustainable development. We will certainly not disappoint the Premier's expectations; we will prioritize technology, be down-to-earth, overcome difficulties, and strive for the world's number one.
