Hansheng Art Troupe was invited to Singapore to participate in the "Spring in the River" New Year celebration.

At the invitation of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture, the Hansheng Art Troupe will travel to Singapore in 2011 for the 25th "Spring in the River" performance during the Spring Festival. Since its inception in 1987, "Spring in the River" has become an annual New Year celebration in Singapore, commemorating Chinese culture and traditions.
On December 21, 2010, Vice Minister Yang Shu led a team to inspect the work of Hansheng. After reviewing the Hansheng Art Troupe's performance of dances for their Singapore trip, he gave full affirmation and great encouragement to the performers.
