Nine products awarded Guangdong Famous Brand Product title; the city now has a total of 26 famous brand products
This newspaper's report: Yesterday, the list of 2008 Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Products (industrial category) was officially announced. Nine products from nine enterprises in our city were awarded the title of Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Product. Among them, eight are new and one is a re-evaluation, equivalent to 50% of the total number of Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Products ever awarded to our city (18). As of now, our city has a total of 26 Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Products (industrial category).
Compared with previous years, the enterprises in our city that have obtained the title of Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Products this year show stronger independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness. 100% of the enterprises have patented technologies; 89% of the enterprises participated in the formulation of national and industry standards; 78% of the enterprises use international or foreign advanced standards in production; and 67% of the enterprises are high-tech enterprises with strong independent innovation capabilities and good development prospects.
It is understood that the nine products that have won the Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Product title are: Zhuhai Kingsoft Software Co., Ltd.'s Chinese office software; Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd.'s coaxial cable; Zhuhai Titan Technology Co., Ltd.'s high-frequency switching DC power supply; Zhuhai Lingda Compressor Co., Ltd.'s air conditioner compressor; Zhuhai U-Tech Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.'s microcomputer anti-error interlock system; Zhuhai Jianshi Lock Co., Ltd.'s locks; Zhuhai Shuangxi Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.'s rice cookers; Zhuhai Meizu Technology Co., Ltd.'s digital player; and Zhuhai Kaibang Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s micro-motor.
