Hansheng Company's Integrity and Discipline Education and Learning Month activity kicked off in early July 2007. Themed "Strengthening Work Style Construction and Creating a Harmonious and Clean Enterprise Atmosphere," this activity aims to improve the ideological belief education, excellent work style education, clean conduct education, professional ethics education, and socialist core values education of Party members and cadres, especially those in management. It further promotes the standardization of economic department work systems and establishes a sound system that emphasizes both punishment and prevention of corruption.
This two-month activity will include a series of educational and learning activities, such as studying document guidelines, holding democratic life meetings, watching educational films, holding speeches, and hosting special evening events. As a long-term activity to strengthen the ideological and work style construction of the leadership team and Party members and cadres and create a good atmosphere for clean governance, the Integrity and Discipline Education and Learning Month activity has achieved good results. In June 2006, Hansheng Company was listed as a demonstration site for the "New Style of Integrity into Enterprises" by the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection. In June 2007, it was designated as a contact point for "Integrity Culture into Enterprises" by the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Integrity construction is a fundamental undertaking of the Party and the government, as well as for enterprises. "Preventing problems before they arise and ensuring integrity" is the goal set by Hansheng based on the spirit of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Hansheng's specific circumstances. We must curb corruption before it emerges to ensure the overall situation of the company's reform, development, and stability, and to ensure that the company remains vibrant and at the forefront in today's increasingly fierce competition.
