Warmly celebrating Hansheng Company's two utility model patents officially authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office
Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office officially granted our company two utility model patents for "A type of coaxial cable" and "A type of leaky coaxial cable." The authorization of these two patents not only changed the company's patent blank status but also strengthened the company's own intellectual property protection, improving the company's independent innovation ability and market competitiveness.
With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, technological innovations continue to emerge, and user needs are constantly changing. Increasing continuous innovation in core technologies and maintaining technological leadership has become one of the important ways for enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage. In order to effectively protect the company's intellectual property rights, the company determined its patent development strategy in 2006. Under the high attention of the company's leaders, our company has been applying for 6 patents since August 2006, of which 2 patents have been authorized, and 4 patents have been accepted.
Currently, the guiding ideology of the company's intellectual property work is: establish a scientific development concept, in accordance with the city's intellectual property work deployment, focusing on the company's production and operation goals, putting strengthening independent innovation capabilities in a prominent position in intellectual property work, and vigorously improving intellectual property management and protection work. The company mainly does the following work: strengthen the construction of the intellectual property work system, fully understand the importance of intellectual property rights under the new situation, and serve the company's production and operation with intellectual property work; give full play to the role of intellectual property work in technological innovation and actively create a good environment and effective incentive mechanism; increase publicity efforts on intellectual property work, further improve employees' awareness of intellectual property protection; increase the quantity and quality of the company's patent applications; from the height of technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and sustainable development, organically combine intellectual property work with technological innovation and business development to further enhance intellectual property protection.
In 2007, the company plans to apply for 15 patents, and will use patent technology applications and promotion to enhance the company's core competitiveness, achieve independent innovation, and take the path of developing independent intellectual property rights.
