Warmly celebrating Hansheng Company's winning of the title of "National Model Enterprise for Harmonious Labor Relations"
In October 2007, in the "Decision on Commendation of National Model Enterprises and Industrial Parks for Harmonious Labor Relations" issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the China Enterprise Confederation/Entrepreneurs Association, our company was awarded the title of "National Model Enterprise for Harmonious Labor Relations."
In July 2006, the national tripartite coordination mechanism for labor relations, in order to promote the development of harmonious labor relations and serve the overall goal of building a harmonious society, jointly issued the "Notice on the Launch of Activities to Create Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprises and Industrial Parks" (Laoshebufa [2006] No. 25), further clarifying the guiding ideology, objectives, tasks, and organizational implementation requirements for the nationwide activities to create harmonious labor relations enterprises and industrial parks. Under the leadership of the Party committee and with the support of the government, our company has solidly promoted the widespread development of these creation activities, achieving significant results.
Practice has shown that the creation activities have effectively promoted the establishment and improvement of various systems for coordinating labor relations and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees in enterprises, promoting "consultation and planning, mechanism construction, creation of efficiency, and sharing of benefits" between enterprises and employees. It is an effective carrier for building and developing harmonious and stable labor relations, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results for all parties in labor relations, and promoting employees to jointly build and share a harmonious society. It has played a positive role in establishing a new socialist labor relationship and promoting a more harmonious society.
Hansheng Company will continue to emancipate its mind, apply itself to practice, work solidly, and innovate, carrying out creation activities, continuously developing harmonious labor relations, making new contributions to further implementing the scientific development concept of putting people first, promoting the construction of a socialist harmonious society, and achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and offering excellent achievements as a tribute to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China!
