Warmly celebrate the grand opening of Hansheng Company's Fifth Bi-annual Congress

The fifth bi-annual congress of the Hansheng Company Youth League was held on May 4, 2008, at the Hansheng Art Center Theater. 60 representatives were expected to attend, and 60 representatives were present, along with 80 observers. Company Party Committee leaders attended the congress and gave speeches.
The congress heard and deliberated on the Company Youth League's work report and plan, titled "Carry Forward the May Fourth Spirit, Fight in the Red-Hot May," as well as a personnel adjustment plan.
The meeting believed that the Company Youth League's work report was objective and practical, affirming achievements while pointing out existing problems, opportunities, and challenges. It proposed new ideas and tasks, with clear thinking, clear goals, a broad vision, and a forward-looking approach. After a vote, the meeting unanimously passed the Company Youth League's work report and plan, as well as the personnel adjustment plan.
The meeting requested that the representatives convey the spirit of the meeting to the members and youth in their respective departments, earnestly implement the resolutions of the congress, unify understanding and action, focus on their duties, work diligently, and ensure the complete and successful completion of the company's goals.
The meeting called on the youth league members to take the Scientific Outlook on Development and the building of a harmonious society as their guide, further transforming their thinking, enhancing their awareness of reform, competition, innovation, responsibility, and the overall situation. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, they should further improve the work of the Youth League, giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role and wisdom of the youth, invigorating their spirits, pioneering and innovating, and under the guidance of the May Fourth spirit, striving for the sustainable development of Hansheng and for the construction of a pilot city that practices the Scientific Outlook on Development!
