We must further understand that without the Communist Party, there would be no new China, that the organization is always greater than the individual, and the principles of innovation for development, innovation for survival, and the fact that if we do not advance, we will regress. These principles must permeate the hearts and minds of every Party member, cadre, ordinary Party member, and even every employee. We must create a good atmosphere and improve management so that our employees feel a sense of accomplishment in their work, happiness in their lives, and progress in their learning, and that they live with greater dignity!

25 years of development has been full of severe tests. Without firm determination and a willingness to forge ahead, along with careful consideration and quick adaptability, it would have been difficult to find a way forward. Especially when facing various difficulties, even a slight relaxation or hesitation, a failure to adapt in time, could lead to the collapse of the hard-earned foundation. We must correctly handle the relationship between dedication and gain, organization and individual, maintaining the status quo and innovation. Through mechanisms, culture, and management, we can ensure that Hansheng's cause will be passed on.

The road of life is still long, and I have much to experience.
