Hansheng Art Troupe enjoys high prestige in Singapore

During the Year of the Rabbit Spring Festival, the Hansheng Art Troupe, invited by the Singaporean government and assigned by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture, went to Singapore to participate in the 25th "Spring in the River" international cultural exchange activities. Through key recommendations and arrangements by the organizing committee, important Singaporean government officials attended each of the troupe's seven performances. Mr. Chen Jiang, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, and his family also came to offer their best wishes. Mr. Cheng Hantong, a member of the Singaporean Parliament and chairman of the "Spring in the River" organizing committee, specifically praised the Hansheng Art Troupe from Zhuhai, Guangdong, saying that their professional skills are first-class, and that the dances they brought were first-class. In particular, dance programs rich in the characteristics of Lingnan, such as "Shenzhou Drum Rhyme," "Dragon Rhyme," and "Guangdong Women's Style," aroused strong interest and resonance among the audience; many people specifically came to watch after hearing about it from others. Singaporean newspapers, television and other media outlets came to interview and report on the event.
The Hansheng Art Troupe not only showed outstanding artistic performance, but also demonstrated well-trained, excellent organizational discipline and teamwork, leaving a deep impression on all sectors of Singaporean society and receiving high praise from the leaders of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture.
