Hansheng Company held its first employee family open day event

Following the deployment of the Hansheng Party Committee's in-depth development of the Party's mass line education and practice activities, after nearly two months of preparation, Hansheng Company organized its first employee family open day activity on July 26. A total of 28 families and over 90 people participated in this event.
First, the company's vice general manager, Shou Hao, delivered a welcome speech, expressing special gratitude for the understanding, tolerance, and strong support of the employees' families. Without the silent dedication and contributions of the employees' families behind the scenes, there would be no Hansheng of today. Next, accompanied by the company's vice chairman of the trade union, Huang Linghua, and some employees, the employees' families visited Hansheng Company's office building, production workshop, and living area, gaining a certain understanding of some of the company's core products and production processes, and experiencing their family members' workplaces firsthand. After the visit, the employees' families watched an art performance carefully prepared by the company's art troupe at the Hansheng Theater, and participated in exciting interactive games. The company distributed learning materials to each child present. Finally, everyone enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner together.
By inviting employee families to experience and share the achievements of Hansheng Company's development firsthand, the distance between the company and its employees and their families has been shortened, creating a good platform for communication and interaction between Hansheng Company and its employees and their families, enhancing the sense of pride, honor, and responsibility for accelerating enterprise development among employees and their families.
The development of the company depends on the diligent efforts of every employee, and even more on the silent support and selfless dedication of their families. Hansheng will continuously improve its management level, share the same fate as its employees, and reward its employees and customers with excellent business performance and stable corporate development.
