From December 5th to 8th, the 6th Guangdong Provincial Mass Music and Dance Festival was held in Zhaoqing. The Hansheng Art Troupe's performances, the women's group dance "Spring Flower Sleeve Shadow" and the men's group dance "Crane Transmission," both won bronze awards.
The Guangdong Provincial Mass Flower Festival is a cultural event that covers the entire province, boasts a long history, and has a far-reaching influence. It is also a major mass cultural brand activity that the "Guangdong Provincial Plan for Building a Strong Province of Culture (2011-2020)" proposed as a key event to be developed. Held every three years, it serves as a formalized competition and important platform for reviewing and showcasing the province's achievements in music and dance creation.
