Shou Weichun, male, born in 1942, is the current Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhuhai Hansheng Technology Co., Ltd. He is a renowned industry expert, a highly successful entrepreneur, and a devoted Communist Party member. His unique charisma has influenced generations of Hansheng employees.

I. Patriotism, loyalty to the Party, and diligent implementation of the Party's and the state's policies

Due to the times and his family background, Shou Weichun experienced many setbacks in his journey to join the Party. He underwent 18 years of rigorous testing to gain admission. For 18 years, he never gave up his pursuit of joining the Party organization. Perhaps because it was hard-earned, he cherishes it all the more. Shou Weichun once said: "I cherish the title of Party member, because it is not only an honor, but more importantly, a responsibility—a responsibility to play an exemplary role, a responsibility to love China and revitalize China." Since the company's establishment in 1985, Shou Weichun has consistently led Party members in diligently implementing the Party's and the state's policies. Under his leadership, the company's Party committee has received numerous honors, including "National Advanced Grassroots Party Organization," Guangdong Province's "Red Flag Grassroots Party Organization," Zhuhai City's "Red Flag Grassroots Party Organization," and "Top 100 Party Organizations of Guangdong Province's 'Two New' Organizations in 2011." In 2013, it was recognized as a demonstration site for Party building work among 'Two New' Organizations in Guangdong Province and Zhuhai City.

II. Dedication to work, meticulousness, and leading by example, setting a benchmark for learning

In the 30 years since Hansheng's founding, Shou Weichun has never stopped working. Even on holidays or when ill and hospitalized, his mind is always on work. From major aspects of business management to minor details like landscaping the factory grounds, he personally oversees everything. Hansheng's success is a testament to his dedication and serves as his pillar of strength. He lives frugally, maintains an upright and democratic style, dares to fight against unhealthy practices, holds himself to high standards, and willingly accepts supervision and criticism from Party members and the masses. His actions influence every Hansheng employee, and it is this spirit that drives Hansheng's continuous progress. He sets a benchmark for us to learn from.

III. Passion for the cable industry, emphasis on technological innovation, leading Hansheng to become a world-class communication cable enterprise

As a leading communication cable technology expert in China, Shou Weichun has dedicated 30 years to the research and development of communication cables, transforming Hansheng into a technologically innovative enterprise. The team he leads has successively developed four generations of radio frequency coaxial cables, with quality levels leading domestically and ranking among the world's best. Their technological achievements have repeatedly won provincial and municipal science and technology awards. For over a decade, Hansheng has maintained the top sales position in China's coaxial cable industry. Hansheng Cable has become a recognized top brand in the domestic industry and an internationally renowned brand. Hansheng has received numerous honors, including "National High-Tech Enterprise," "Guangdong Province Innovative Enterprise," "Zhuhai City Independent Innovation Enterprise," and "Zhuhai City Key Cultivation Enterprise."

IV. Fostering a harmonious Hansheng and creating an excellent socialist corporate culture

In 2008, Hansheng was recognized as a "National Model Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise." For many years, Shou Weichun has led by example, ensuring that Hansheng's ideological and political work is consistently implemented. Employees maintain a healthy and positive outlook, participate in diverse recreational and cultural activities, and enjoy a pleasant work and living environment. The Hansheng Art Troupe is renowned both domestically and internationally. Hansheng has been repeatedly recognized as a "National Advanced Unit in Corporate Culture Construction."
