——Hansheng Company's 2019 Employees' Representative Conference and Trade Union Members' Representative Conference——
Looking back on 2018, Hansheng Company, with Party building as its soul and economic work as its center, achieved its annual plan goals with the unity of all employees; looking forward to 2019, opportunities and challenges coexist, and it is a crucial year for the company's transformation and upgrading. The 5G era, which has attracted global attention, has already begun, and many of our new products are performing well. We cannot be complacent, and everyone needs to continue to strive and work together. In conjunction with the company's annual policy goals, we are issuing the following proposal to all employees:
1. Quality First, Serve the Market.
Quality work is a long-term project to enhance the company's comprehensive strength, a systematic project that requires the participation of all employees, and an inescapable responsibility for each of us. From department heads to every employee, we should all be based on our positions, take responsibility, regard quality as paramount, emphasize quality, speak of quality, and grasp quality, extending and covering work quality to all aspects, and constantly enhancing quality awareness: strictly controlling product quality to meet customer requirements; improving work quality to better serve the market.
2. Innovation Management, Efficiency Improvement, and Cost Reduction.
Innovation drives management, exploring innovation in the management process. Various departments can combine "introducing" and "going out," combining absorption, digestion, and re-innovation to continuously improve the management system and enhance management levels. Product cost is the basis of market competition, and production efficiency is the guarantee of enterprise development. Only through management and technological innovation, improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs can we continuously enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise, allowing Hansheng cables to reach all parts of the country and extend to all over the world. No matter what position or link we are in the company, everyone's mental investment and dedication will determine the fate of Hansheng products, and our every innovation and energy saving and emission reduction will give the Hansheng brand more capital and confidence to stand in the world.
3. Safety, Environmental Protection, and Healthy Production.
"There are thousands of roads, but safety is the first." All employees should have a high sense of responsibility and urgency, be prepared for danger in times of peace, adhere to operating according to regulations, build a solid safety line, combine prevention and control, give priority to prevention, eliminate all hidden dangers in the bud, and prevent major safety accidents. At the same time, practicing the development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," based on the work of the past year, we will further strengthen environmental protection publicity activities, strictly abide by environmental protection laws and regulations, fully implement various environmental protection measures, earnestly fulfill environmental protection self-discipline responsibilities, promote the sustainable development of the enterprise, and provide a healthier production and living environment for all employees.
Even if the wind howls, we are accustomed to watching the clouds drift by. Looking forward to the unpredictable, challenging, and hopeful 2019, we are ambitious and forge ahead. Under the strong leadership of the company's leadership team, let us overcome difficulties by all means, wholeheartedly accelerate development, continue to create brilliance with dedication and hard work, achieve excellent results, and present gifts to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China!
